Welcome to Maar-Wizz Gadgets. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Maar-Wizz Garments & Boutique Store, trading as Maar-Wizz Gadgets. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features and products (the "Services").

Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (the "Terms"), explain your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By visiting or buying from our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to give accurate contact, billing and delivery details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login safe and for all activity under your account.

2. Products
- We try to show products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible, but appearance may differ slightly depending on your screen.
- Product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice.
- We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
- Where a product comes with a manufacturer warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
- Payment must be received before your order is processed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, we will refund you.
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, international cards and Apple Pay. We do not currently accept Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within India only. Customers outside India may order for delivery to an Indian address.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to Maar-Wizz or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services
Some features use third-party services (such as payment and courier partners). We are not responsible for their websites, services or content.

8. Errors
Occasionally there may be errors in product details, prices or availability. We may correct them and cancel affected orders, with a full refund if you have already paid.

9. Prohibited use
You may not use our Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including spreading malicious code or infringing anyone's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our Services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.
