Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or for ordering the wrong product. Please read the product details carefully, or message us on WhatsApp before you buy if you are unsure.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.waarwizz@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9961 004300 with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video of the product and the packaging (an unboxing video helps us resolve your claim faster)
Please note:
- The product must be returned unused, with its original box, accessories, manuals and packaging.
- Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery are not eligible.
Refund coupon
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we issue a Maar-Wizz coupon code equal to the product value, minus the return shipping cost. We send the coupon by email or WhatsApp, and you can use it on your next purchase at maarwizz.in.
